All design work, renderings, and intellectual property created by Evolver remain the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Rush projects may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.

Evolver is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Information we collect includes: contact details, project specifications, uploaded files, and payment information. All data is stored securely and encrypted in transit.

You have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@evolver.com.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Evolver, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.

Clients retain full rights to their project deliverables upon completion of payment. Evolver retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

Evolver's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we strive for accuracy in all deliverables, clients are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
